This workflow is intentionally short: choose a usable portrait and render the fixed 12-second performance template. The quality of the photo has more impact than adding a long prompt.
1. Pick the right photo
Use a recent, sharp portrait of one adult looking toward the camera. The face should be large enough to recognise and the lighting should be even. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, group shots and anything that hides the mouth or jaw.
2. Upload and generate
Sign in, upload the photo and generate the fixed 12-second clip. There are no length settings to manage.
3. Confirm consent and generate
Tick the consent box to confirm the photo is yours or that you have permission, then start the render. You can leave the page while it works.
4. Review before you share
Check the face, mouth, hands and background for obvious errors. Download the MP4 from the result page or My videos and keep the AI-generated label when you publish it.
