Scope

This policy applies to every photo uploaded to Image to Rap Video, every prompt or template used to generate a video, and every video created, downloaded or shared through the service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Sexual and intimate content

Do not create or upload pornography, erotic content, sexualized depictions of any person, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including nude or sexual images of someone who has not given clear permission. Do not use the service to sexualize, degrade or expose anyone.

Violence, gore and hate

Do not create graphic violence, gore, mutilation, threats, or content that promotes or glorifies serious harm. Do not create hateful content, harassment, or content that attacks people because of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or another protected characteristic.

Children and minors

The service is for adults only. Do not upload a photo of a minor or create content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits a minor. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited. We report it to the relevant authorities and may preserve and share evidence as required by law.

Consent, likeness and impersonation

Only upload photos of yourself or adults who have given you clear permission. Do not use the service to impersonate a real person, a celebrity or a public figure, or to make it look as if someone said or did something they did not. Do not create deceptive deepfakes or content intended to mislead.

Intellectual property

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other rights. Do not use a song, recording, logo, artwork or video that you do not own or have permission to use.

Illegal and harmful use

Do not use the service for fraud, extortion, bullying, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass safety checks or use the service to create content that would be illegal offline.

Reporting and 48-hour removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review every report and remove qualifying content within 48 hours. Reported photos are blocked from being uploaded again. For urgent safety issues, contact local emergency services; suspected child sexual abuse material should also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline or your national hotline.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation, remove content, block an upload, suspend or close an account, and report serious violations to the authorities. Credits used for content that violates this policy are not refundable.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. Questions and appeals can be sent to support@imagetorapvideo.com.
